Forgotten in the fields

Forgotten in the plantations

Left out in the cheap labour war

Digging up coal, gold

Uranium and platinum for minimum wages

We have been bloody robbed for ages

Caged by the 1913 Land Act

Same old story from the boss

History repeating itself for the Bantu race

Men chained on tractors to plough the land

For the slave masters

We still have no answers from the bullets cries that

Took away those great whispering souls lives at the Kopie

Our heroes gunned down

Buried in kopie graves, thrown in the deep end

For being brave like Sandra Bland and Tshepo Matloga
